A "light" dessert with Panettone? Why not!

Our friend Silvia offers us a light dessert made with Lemon Panettone, but you can easily use ready-made Slices.

Hers is a delicious version of Tiramisu, a bit fitter and a bit less fat, perfect for enjoying in the morning or as an evening dessert with friends!

The recipe
  •
  • Ingredients
  • a slice of panettone (about 60/70g)
  • 150g of Greek yogurt and vanilla skyr
  • 40g of kefir
  • a teaspoon of Dolceneve
  • 1 pink pomelo
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • caramelized orange peels to taste
  • water to taste
  • cedar water to taste

Directions
Lightly whip the Greek yogurt and Skyr with an electric mixer, adding a few drops of lemon juice and a bit of vanilla. Separately, whip the kefir with a teaspoon of Dolceneve.
Cut the slice of panettone into cubes and drizzle over a bit of syrup made from lemon juice, water, and a splash of Cedro Water.
Mix the yogurt with the kefir and add pieces of pink pomelo. Assemble the dessert cups by alternating layers of cream and panettone.
Plating
Decorate with candied orange zest and two stars of toasted panettone.
