In this recipe, we combined Coffee Biscuits with a delicious spreadable cream, creating a single-serving delight with an intense and indulgent flavor. The crunchy biscuit base perfectly blends with the soft, delicious cream, making every bite a unique experience. The decoration with coffee beans and coffee powder adds an extra touch to both presentation and taste.

  • Ingredients
  • 60g Loison coffee biscuits
  • 24g butter
  • 150g spreadable cream
  • 38g powdered sugar
  • 72g fresh cream
  • 5g gelatin sheets
 
Directions
Crush the coffee biscuits using a food processor. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuits, stirring well. Place the mixture in a mold and refrigerate to set.
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. In a stand mixer, whip the spreadable cream with the powdered sugar.
Squeeze the gelatin and dissolve it with a bit of cream in the microwave. Add the dissolved gelatin to the mixture with the cream and whip everything together.
Once a smooth cream is obtained, transfer it to a piping bag and assemble the single-serving treat.
Plating
Decorate with coffee beans and coffee powder.
